Customer Experience: Open Training the Lean Change Leader

Why did you choose the Lean Change Leader Training?
"I chose Jaatinen L6S Consulting's Lean Change Leader Course based on the description I found on the company's website. I found a lot of tools for working through practical challenges in the descriptions. The course content was also efficiently packed into two sessions of five days in total. In addition, the timing of the sessions was convenient for me."
What is your experience of training?
"The training was very good in terms of content and met my expectations. I was also expecting a practical approach to the content, with examples etc. - in this respect the course clearly exceeded my expectations. The presentations and discussions covered in a comprehensive and illustrative manner the challenges commonly encountered in organisations when implementing Lean models and provided solution models and examples. The exercises were good, and the presentation/session facilitation style was excellent, with smooth progress, but it felt relatively unhurried. The running style of the training, where the theory was gone through by constructing a message together on a flipchart (written material was left as a memory aid after the training) was excellent. The illustrative and practical approach made things very easy to understand and left a strong impression. The training was also "grounded" by working on one's own project, so that a basic plan for one's own project was created during the training, which is easy to complete along the way."
Would you recommend this training to others?
"For my part, I can really recommend this course. If the participant already has a concrete improvement project in mind, the course will provide really good ideas, tips and guidance to ensure the success of the project."
