Content and duration of the training

The training consists of six sessions:

1. Session: Adding value to customers
2. Session: Translating strategy into measurable objectives at all levels of the organisation
3. Session: Launching Lean Six Sigma throughout the organisation
4. Session: Lean Six Sigma as a long-term improvement methodology for your business
5. Session: Training and mentoring Black Belts
6. Session: Applying what you've learned in your own organization

The training will last 14 days in total and is currently only available as an in-house training.
