The Master Black Belt training and coaching is suitable for experienced Black Belts who want to prepare for the Master Black Belt role by learning how to implement Lean Six Sigma in their organization and how to train and mentor Lean Six Sigma Belts.

Content and duration of the training

The training consists of six sessions:

Session: Adding value to customers
Session: Translating strategy into measurable objectives at all levels of the organisation
Session: Launching Lean Six Sigma throughout the organisation
Session: Lean Six Sigma as a long-term improvement methodology for your business
Session: Training and mentoring Black Belts
Session: Applying what you've learned in your own organization

The training will last 14 days in total and is currently only available as an in-house training.
