Master Lean Leader

In three days of training, you will learn what Lean is, how it works in practice, how to measure your organisation's Lean readiness and how to implement Lean in your organisation. You will also learn how to sustain change and how to lead continuous improvement with Lean day-to-day management. At the end of the training you will have your own follow-up plan.

Lean Management v2.0

Examples of the training's strengths:

  1. Concreteness of the training: The training is based on the participants' own situation, objectives and challenges, for which the training will provide appropriate approaches.
  2. Measuring your own organisation's readiness for change and creating an action plan: The training will measure the participants' readiness for change in their own organisation using a unique Change Readiness Meter based on General Electric's teachings. Based on this measurement, we will work with participants to develop a follow-up plan.
  3. Tailored to the participants' situation: Very small training groups (maximum 8 participants) to allow for an interactive approach and personalised guidance. The trainer will challenge participants to discover and guide them deeper into Lean Leadership.
  4. The instructor's extensive, international experience:We do not just go through what the books say and the studies show, but we use the instructor's own practical experience of more than 20 years in the world's most successful Lean (Six Sigma) organisations (e.g. General Electric), without forgetting the lessons learned from failures. We build Lean transformation on the participants' own strengths, drawing on international lessons.

  • "My basic ideas have always been along the same lines as in training, but I still got a lot of new ideas. The aeroplane factory was amazing. Good training and very well challenged by those who defend routine." Peter Aho, CEO.
  • "The real-life examples were good. Concreteness helps to understand better. Encouraging style to educate on a somewhat difficult subject. Also good that the days were "full" and the participants were engaged." Jaana Rantala, Customer Service Manager
  • "Concrete and illustrative examples from us and elsewhere. Your (Marja) style is really nice. You challenge, question and demand root causes, facts behind the claims." Kati Palin, CEO
