Does the training lead to a certificate?
You will receive a certificate of participation at the end of our training courses. If you participate in Green Belt or Black Belt training, you will have the opportunity to be certified after the training by having your project work approved. After passing the requirements, you will receive the prestigious Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification, accredited by the Council for Lean Six Sigma Certification. Certification and personal certification coaching are included in the training price.
How can I be sure that the training I choose is right for me?
The training descriptions indicate who the training is suitable for. However, if you are still wondering which one to choose, please contact us. Together we can ensure the best choice for you.
Where are the on-site training days held?
Our training locations are easily accessible, whether you come by public transport, car or plane. In Espoo, the price of local training includes car parking at the training location. For more information on training venues and accommodation, see Open Training, training venues.
How will the training be delivered, will it be face-to-face or e-learning?
We organise training in the form of face-to-face, distance and hybrid training. In the hybrid format, part of the teaching days are distance and part are face-to-face. For team dynamics, we recommend that you attend the face-to-face days, but you can also participate remotely in case of an obstacle.
The descriptions of the training will indicate the format in which the training will take place. For some of the training courses, you can choose the most appropriate format.
What are the trainers' qualifications and experience in the field?
Our trainers are always certified Master Black Belts with years of practical experience in Lean Six Sigma in various organizations, long experience in training and good customer feedback (more than 4.6/5).
Is it possible to participate in the training remotely if I can't come to the training?
If your chosen training is delivered in a face-to-face format, we recommend you attend to get the maximum benefit from the group interaction. However, in case of an obstacle, you can also participate remotely. This should be agreed in advance with the trainer.
What practical arrangements should I know before the training?
About 2 weeks before the training starts, we will send you a comprehensive package on how to prepare by email. The package includes digital training material and links to the necessary simulations etc. Depending on the training, the preparation will take between 0.5 and 1.5 hours. If you are taking part in a distance learning course lasting several days, we recommend that you have at least two screens (or a large screen with multi-window display). This will make learning much easier.
What kind of support services or follow-up support is available after the training?
In all trainings, you will have access to digital training material. Green and Black Belt Training also includes 4 hours of personal project coaching. If you wish, we can also arrange coaching separately for an hourly fee.
