Client: A global chemical industry company (approximately 12,000 employees) where Lean Six Sigma had been used for 10 years, but they wanted to develop operations by implementing Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) globally throughout the organization.
Assignment: Design for Six Sigma training and coaching for the European units of the organization (Finland, Italy, France, Germany, and the Netherlands) over several years.
Client: A service sector organization (approximately 100 employees) wanted to significantly shorten the lead time of its services.
Assignment: We chose the approach of using the so-called Kaizen Event method. As a result, lead times were shortened by 90% within a month, and job satisfaction improved by 30%. At the same time, a culture of Continuous Improvement was implemented throughout the organization. The results have remained stable and have continued to improve over several years, even as sales volume has increased.
Client:An international telecommunications company (approx. 30 000 employees). The company wanted to embed Lean Six Sigma into its organisational improvement culture.
Assignment: Organization training and coaching to the level needed to sustain the Lean Six Sigma culture. In two years, the organization learned to train and coach Lean Six Sigma at all Belt levels itself. After the assignment, the organization has been using Lean Six Sigma for years.
Client: A public sector organization (approximately 600 employees) wanted to accelerate service lead times by several months. At the same time, they wanted to adopt Lean to achieve other goals as well.
Assignment: Comprehensive implementation of Lean throughout the organization. In four years, service lead times were reduced by 90%. The results also convinced our client's subcontractors and customers to launch Lean in their organizations.
