Cancellations must be notified no later than 14 days before the start of the training by e-mail to koulutus@leansixsigmakoulutus.fi. Cancellations made later, or if the participation is not cancelled at all, will be charged the full price of the course. A training place can be handed over to a person working in the same organisation at no additional cost by notifying the training provider in advance. Registrations are confirmed by email invitation no later than 10 days before the start of the training. Jaatinen B.V. reserves the right to cancel the training no later than 10 days before the start due to the lack of participants. The training will be invoiced in connection with the registration confirmation. In our training, we use a payment term of 21 days net, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Jaatinen B.V. shall not be liable for any damage caused by errors in the digital content, damages caused by force majeure, or indirect damages that the participant may have suffered as a result of the training sold. Jaatinen B.V. acts in accordance with Jaatinen B.V.'s privacy policy.
