We have again taken a big step in improving the learning process by updating our teaching materials in a digital learning environment .
Our new learning environment is now ready after months of preparation and development, in collaboration with our chosen learning platform provider (Vuolearning). Our learning environment has been developed to support contact learning, which we will continue to deliver in remote, face-to-face and hybrid formats.
What added value will the new learning environment bring to participants in training courses:
- Diverse Content: Text, visual models, videos, templates, exercises, discussions, etc. have been integrated into our learning environment, which is already well-established in our training structure. The diverse content allows for varied learning approaches. Additionally, background material has been expanded to facilitate preparation for training and review after completion.
- Ease of Use: We chose the Vuolearning learning platform for its ease of use. The platform is clear and the search function makes learning even smoother. It also provides an easy way for users to give feedback on the material, chat with others and ask questions outside of the training days.
- Improved Learning Outcomes: The variety, diversity and ease of use of training material increases motivation and enhances learning. Good support material in the learning environment also frees up time on training days for additional practice and in-depth learning.
We are truly proud of this innovation and excited about the opportunities that new technology brings for both participants and trainers. The new learning environment, together with the digital game simulation we launched earlier, adds even more energy to the teaching and enables even more flexible instruction tailored to the individual needs of the participants.
