The training is suitable for people who want to learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma or are considering starting Lean Six Sigma in their organisation. The training is also suitable for members of Lean Six Sigma projects.

Content of the Training

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training is a one-day training on the basic concepts of Lean 6 Sigma:

In the morning, we will cover Lean Six Sigma theory in an interactive way. The theory will be discussed and applied to the participants' own situation.
In the afternoon, we will go through a Lean project example of how an organisation reduced lead times by 90% in two weeks while improving job satisfaction by 30%.
We also practice what we have learned through a simulation. In the simulation, participants will experience for themselves how Lean Six Sigma can be used to make operations more efficient. You will experience how a work process is simulated, analysed and improved using the Lean tools you have learned.
At the end of the day, we will discuss how participants can concretely apply Lean Six Sigma in their own working environment immediately after the training.

Participants will receive digital training material.
