The Design for Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training is suitable for experts and management who are involved in development projects but do not do design work themselves. The training is also suitable for managers responsible for development projects (e.g. technology managers and product management).

If you are a project leader or an expert who develops new processes, products and services, we recommend you to participate in the DFSS Six Sigma Black Belt training . If your goal is to improve existing processes or products, we recommend you join the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training.
