DFSS Yellow Belt Training
The Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Yellow Belt training is based on DFSS design methodology, which helps in the development of new processes, products and services.
Design for Six Sigma is suitable for situations where something completely new is created or an existing process / product cannot be further improved. With Design for Six Sigma, the quality of development projects improves and project completion becomes more efficient.
The development of new products, processes and services is not only a task of the technology department, but a successful project requires the input of the entire organization, from marketing to production. During the training, participants learn how to improve their own role in making the development process more efficient.
The instructor is internationally experienced, certified Master Black Belt. She shares her DFSS experiences from a variety of companies and helps apply DFSS to participants' situations.
